Lunch with Ben at Bellingen Pasta

PastaSaladWPWednesday is a really busy day at Bellingen Pasta but Ben still makes time for a tasty lunch using fresh pasta.  Here is a simple yet delicious way to serve your Fresh Egg Linguine…. Warm pasta with hazelnut & sage pesto, garden greens & feta

Roughly crush your hazelnuts with a mortar & pestle.  Toast them in a pan with butter, olive oil and sage (4 chopped leaves) until the nuts are brown and the sage leaves are crispy.  Toss them through your warm fresh pasta adding garden greens, diced tomatoes & crumbled feta.  Enjoy! x
